Q1 2020 summary

•In Q1 2020 take-up was mainly driven by Distribution companies, accounting for almost 39%, followed by Producers with a 34% share.

•The largest new transaction in Q1 2020 was the lease of 25,100 sq m by a retailer in P3 Lovosice.

•The importance of short-term leases grew – we recorded more than 50,000 sq m in short-term leases alone.

•Major Q1 completions included 61,000 sq m in P3 Lovosice and 48,900 sq m in Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park

•More than 25% of total space under construction is located in the Moravia-Silesia region followed by the Plzen region with almost 23%.

•The share of speculative space under construction decreased to 28%.

•Prime rents remained at 4.90 €/sq m/month.
